The Cisco Webex app can be used as a softphone app you can make and receive calls on or it can be used to extend the functionality of your phone system.
The Cisco Webex free license integrates with our hosted VoIP platform to enable you to make and receive calls using the softphone app on your desktop or mobile (requires hosted voice licence separately). With the Standard and Premium licenses you can enjoy enhanced features such as scheduled meetings and remote desktop control.
As the Webex licenses extends the functionality of our feature-rich phone system, to use these licenses you must be already subscribed to VoIP Phone System.
