How to set-up call forwarding for your direct dial

If you are leaving the office or would like to forward calls to another user simply follow this handy guide to setting up call forwarding.

Please note: this guide will only work if your phone system is provided by Globe2.

The process:

Via the online portal

  1. Login to the business portal using the details sent to you previously.
  2. Once you are logged in, scroll to the bottom of the page and you should be able to see the ‘Quick Feature Management’ panel.
  3. Enable the ‘Call Forwarding Always’ and enter a phone number in the field below and click save.

Via Go Integrator

  1. Right click the Go Integrator icon in the lower right of your screen and then click call settings.
  2. Enable forward immediate and enter a phone number towards the right.
  3. Once you have finished press OK.
