If you are leaving the office or would like to forward calls to another user simply follow this handy guide to setting up call forwarding.
Please note: this guide will only work if your phone system is provided by Globe2.
Via the online portal
- Login to the business portal using the details sent to you previously.
- Once you are logged in, scroll to the bottom of the page and you should be able to see the ‘Quick Feature Management’ panel.
- Enable the ‘Call Forwarding Always’ and enter a phone number in the field below and click save.
Via Go Integrator
- Right click the Go Integrator icon in the lower right of your screen and then click call settings.
- Enable forward immediate and enter a phone number towards the right.
- Once you have finished press OK.
