When the client came to Globe2 in 2018 it was for a simple Internet connection and VoIP phone system with six handsets.
Since initially supplying their services, our client has gone through significant growth and have in the process also moved to a new venue. The challenge has been on many fronts: the phone system needed to have the capability to expand from six handsets to twenty seven currently. The customer required live stats allowing the management team to see what agents were doing at any time, and when they moved premises it needed to be seamless with no downtime.
Taking Business Needs And Other Factors Into Account
In addition, the internet provision needed upgrading to cater to their expanded requirements, again with no downtime.
When moving venue, we were able to set up the broadband in the new venue in advance of the move. On the day, the phones could be simply unplugged in the old office and plugged into the new.
Since moving to the new venue we have been able to upgrade the internet from FTTC to FTTP when it became available, and are in the process of supplying a backup SOGEA line to provide the customer with consistency, reliability and improved speed.
We helped the customer configure the firewall for their LAN devices, such as the internal mesh Wifi system and also the CCTV.
Seamlessly Integrated System With Call Recording and Live Tracking
Our phone system is completely scalable to a customers’ needs, so we have been able to simply add new phones and extensions a required. It includes call centre functionality such as live wall board statistics and call recording, so could provide this when required.
