Improving our support:
In the next few days we will be rolling out a new support ticketing system to better improve how we deal with your requests.
As part of our drive to ensure GDPR compliance we have been working on a new centralised ticketing system, this will improve our communication with you and also ensure that our customer data is better controlled.
Support queries (by phone or email), will be logged and you will be provided with a ticket number – simply call us on 03333 446 441 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
Once a new support ticket has been created by either email or by phone call you will receive an email with a unique link where you can view important ticket information such as the ticket reference, who it is assigned to etc.
You will be notified by email of any updates to your ticket, and can provide updates from your end via a web portal.
This replaces the previous system located at https://globe2.freshdesk.com. Please ensure you contact us via email or phone to raise a ticket.
